| Judy and I spent the first two weeks of December 2004 touring South Florida .We attended the Virginia Tech Hokie game against the Canes, visited my son in Coconut Creek, etc. We won the ACC Championship and are going to the Sugar Bowl against Auburn. Here is a candid picture of the family in the den. Left to right is Judy, Chip, Charlie, Brandy, granddaughter Bethany, Mark (visiting from Austin, Tx) and grandson Kenny. The next three days, my two sons and I fished along the Florida Keys and all of a sudden, we found ourselves at Fort Jefferson which is 70 West South West of Key West. A very fascinating place. Also saw Lynn Furr Hammett in Venice while in Florida. The first two weeks of December in South Florida is a really fine time to go there. The place is a zoo after Christmas! |
