     The Eagle Scout Badge, scouting's highest award, is pinned on Jon Wilkins by his mother at Explorer Scout Post 39 at Orlando Air Force Base. Dr. and Mrs. J. B. Wilkins live on Shorecrest Drive in Winter Park. Only four Eagle Badges have been earned since the post was organized in January, 1960. Post president William S. Barksdale, III, (left) son of Col. and Mrs. Willliam S. Barksdale, Jr., 625 Balmoral Road, won the first badge last year.
