Winter Park and Orlando are nothing like they were back in the good ole school days. Disney came in and took over Orlando in 1969, then Universal Studios, etc.. As for downtown Winter Park, you wouldn't believe how spruced up it is today. It's like living in Hollywood. You better bring a lot of money if you want to buy anything!
    Graduated from college with a degree in Automation/Accounting. Had my own accounting business for a couple of years in Atlanta before selling out and moving back here to Orlando.
   I've been in the Insurance industry practically all my life. Started when I got out of college as an Insurance Underwriter. Was doing that for several years until I got out on the road working as a Premium Auditor. That lasted for some 13 years before I became a Computer Programmer developing insurance software packages.
   Currently, I hold a 220 Insurance License and am a Service Representative working for a large insurance firm here in the Orlando area that specializes in Property and Casualty insurance. Already took earlier retirement from one insurance company.
