I think my parents made a good investment in 1958 when they bought this jacket for me. In 2013 I still wear it for garden work. For a number of years I also wore white bucks left over from my band uniform. Right after I got new white bucks, the uniforms changed and we wore black shoes. Not having another use for the shoes, I used them in the garden until they wore out.
