Dear Anne,

Don’t let that smile fool you. I was terrorized. After feeding, grooming, washing Beyconne while in the river with her, I climbed on her back for our ride. I forgot her language, yelled in Spanish which made her gallop, swore at her in English which she interpreted as “we can win that gold”. Who knew an elephant could be so fast!

South East Asia made me appreciate our environmental regulations since it is not healthy to see what you breathe. San Francisco and even Los Angeles have clean air.

Hope all is well with you, and that our classmates are supporting our fabulous WPHS web site.
