Subject: Cooking Class

The format at
Truffles & Trifles is a group of 4 who man each workstation and prepare 1 or 2 items and when they are finished, the food goes on a big island and then everyone grabs a plate and makes the rounds helping themselves.

We did two items. We did Crab Strudels, which are an appetizer. The appetizers are served while everyone is cooking. Susan carried the tray around and let everyone help themselves. Someone else also did coconut shrimp. The other dish that we did was asparagus with hollandaise sauce. Both items turned out really good.
