From Camille Ronay: Bill is making progress in springing this joint to go home! This is his first soft food meal. If it digests properly and then he can take pain meds orally, he'll be ready to get back to where we belong. This is a superb hospital with an excellent, caring, knowledgeable staff, but there's no place like home. (Do not be alarmed by Bill's odd shape. His robe is over an ice pack and pillow.)

The plan of action is to take 6 weeks or so to heal, then do approx 12 weeks of treatments (one per week). He should be ready to rock n roll for years after that.

As you probably are aware, talking does Bill a world of good. When he gets home in the next day or two, give him a call. Thank you for your love, kindness and attention. You are the BEST!
