JOHN W. SLEGEL, 48, Sharpsville, Ind., died Tuesday, Oct. 22, 1991. He was born in Reading, Pa., he was a former resident of Winter Park. He was an electronics design draftsman. He was a member of Abate of Indiana and Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Group.

Survivors: parents, Eugene W. and Pauline E. Slegel, Winter Park; wife, Marianne; daughter, Jeni VanDorn, Kokomo, Ind.; brothers, Duane, Irving, Texas, Kirk W., Chuluota.
