LETTERS TO THE EDITOR

Dear Editor:

I wish to let you know that I think your magazine is interesting and quite wholesome.

However, please enlighten me; do you have a grudge on Noah Webster because he was a Yankee? In your last issue there were numerous spelling mistakes. I think your magazine would be even better if these mistakes were corrected.

Yours truly,
Mark Loeb

Editor's note: What do we have against spelling????? Knot a thing!

Dear Editor:

We of the knotted-heads would like to ask of you and the school, when and if you will get the under-mined corduroy road between the gym an dour main building hard topped? It has brought many bumps and bruises to our brainy noggens and car tops while gaily leaving our beloved campus.

Sincerely,
J.M.

Editor's note: See this issue's editorial.

Dear Editor:

I do not believe the students of Winter Park High should be cautioned about "booing" when the husbands and wives of the faculty and the faculty lead it and are much louder. The cheerleaders have even been told to "Shut up" when they tried to quiet them.

Sharon White

Editor's note: When done by the students of Winter Park, it is poor sportsmanship and "booing"; however, when done by our educated elders, it is merely expressing an intelligent opinion! We feel that the students of Winter Park should display better sportsmanship if the parents would set a better example!
