LIBRARY NEWS

The Library has been busy since we reached Glenridge. Miss Johnson has just received a large supply of new books. Some of the titles sound very interesting, such as" Son of Thunder, The Robe, Great True Adventures, and many others.

The books were brought over in big wooden crates. Larry Richer, with the help of a few other students and a hammer, pried the crates open only to begin the long process of lifting the books out one by one.

The books are not yet ready to be put on the shelves. It will probably take a week or two. Be watching the bulletin boards to find out when the new books are in circulation.

WHAT ONE STUDENT THINKS

How do you like Glenridge? I think this is about the most exciting thing that ever happened to m3! I never thought I could love a new school as much as I love Glenridge.

Everything is bright and shiny. Everyone is happy and full of energy. Who wouldn't be, coming from Signal Hill to this wonderful, new, bright school.

Everyone is going to have to work to keep it as bright and shiny as it is now, but I don't think there will be too much trouble in that department. All I can say is, I'm glad to be at Glenridge!

GLENRIDGE OPENS

The Library is situated on the third wing, along with beautifully equipped Home Economics section. There is also a lounge for the teachers in this area. At the western end of the wing, the Physical Education department has dressing rooms complete with lockers and showers.

The enclosed corridors are lined with student lockers. All the areas are connected by covered corridors.
