The work herein contained is not classwork. It is work done
through the sincere desire of students to write. It was submitted
as the student wrote it. It was not corrected by teachers,
parents, or others. (Thanks to Perky McKim and Nancy Ann
Wrenn for the publication.) |

Charlie
Cayll found his certification of graduation. Do you know where
yours is? |
|
Tom
Tobin took pictures in January, 2003, of the junior
high school we remember. Glenridge Junior High School, Winter
Park is history. A new, modern facility -- Glenridge Middle
School -- has been built across the street on the 'Orlando'
side of Glenridge Way, with classes beginning fall, 2003. |
|
Donna
Nichols ('67) Whicker took pictures in September, 2003,
of the junior high school we do NOT remember. The move to
the new facility across the street had already been made and
Donna's photographs capture a tired, worn out shell of a bunch
of buildings that we were able to move into, brand new, in
March, 1958. Thank goodness we have the old photo's and our
memories. |
