The Lion's Pride original document was provided to us by George Fisher. We have attempted to preserve the originality of the document while adapting it to the internet and the web site. Thanks, George, for the memories and for sharing!

This book is affectionately dedicated to the class of 1958, our first Glenridge class to have made the whole journey through junior high school under the sign of the rampant Scotch Lion.
Many of Glenridge's finest traditions were first suggested and created by this class. They are charter members of every organization in the school. With them--through them Glenridge has grown from that humble beginning in Signal Hill to a school large in size and reputation. Future students in Glenridge will be greatly indebted to this class for their spirited example
It is with particular fondness that we say good-bye, good luck to all the members of Class 1958. Your enthusiasm, imagination, energy and loyalty will long be remembered.
