Betti
Landers, class of '55, has graduated from Eastern Airlines flight
attendant training school in Miami, and started her career as an
EAL stewardess. She is based in Miami. From there she will fly to
many cities Eastern serves in 25 states; the District of Columbia,
Canada, Bermuda, Puerto rico and Mexico. |
Amy
Jennings, class of '57, was married January 11, to Donald Evans.
The ceremony took place in the Iona Chapel of the First Presbyterian
Church in Gainesville. Amy is a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority
at the U. of Florida. The groom also attends the University of Florida,
where the couple is continuing their studies. |
Malcom
Glass, class of '55, is now attending Vanderbuilt College in Nashville,
Tenn. Malcolm transferred from Stetson Univ., and received a Southern
scholarship. He is now majoring in English Literature, in which
he hopes to be a college professor. |
Jim
Lobinsky, class of '56, is now assistant manager of the huge Publix
market on highway 17-92. |
Rodney
Armstrong and Jim Jamison, class of '57, were home for a few days
after their semester exams. Rodney and Jim are roommates at the
Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. |

Have
you noticed a certain J.V. Cheerleader's letter? It seems to be
a bit smaller than the other girls'. It must be because it shrank!!!
May we suggest that the next time you wash your sweater, you first
detach your letter!!!!
