REPORTERS, PLEASE REPORT!

During the remainder of the school year there will be many things happening around Glenridge which will be of great interest to those students not participating in them. We ask your cooperation in turning in stories on all these events to the papers. A newspaper cannot draw its stories from thin air, so it needs you to bring in the news so that it can be passed along to the others.

TREES

From the REBEL YELL, the Lee newspaper, comes this version of Joyce Kilmer's famos poem:

I think that I shall never see
A girl refuse a meal that's free.
A girl that doesn't ever wear
A lot of doo-dads in her hair;
A girl that doesn't paint her face
As do the men of red-skinned race;
A girl that doesn't bite her nails
Or pour on polish by the pails.
Girls are loved by fools like me
Cause who on earth could kiss a tree.
