Your Candidates
For President
   JIM RICH, 8-3, came to Glenridge from Winter Park Elementary. His many activities in the seventh and eighth grade include: Secretary of Welfare in Student Council; homeroom vice president and treasurer; member of Honor Society; track letterman. He is also a YMCA counselor.
   JIM STOKES, 8-4, has been president of his homeroom section for two years. In the seventh grade he was given the ROTARY AWARD and his letter for swimming. This year he won first place in the Plaid
poetry contest; was elected business manager of the Plaid Club; and was tapped for Honor Society.
   MARTY WELLINGER, 8-4, came to Glenridge from Audubon Park. In the seventh grade she was representative to the Student Council and president of her class. This year she has been on Student Council, and was tapped for Honor Society. She is a member of the Episcopal Church.
For Vice President
   ROGER ATKINSON, 7-9, was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, but has attended Winter Park schools since kindergarten.
   His special interests are: band, piano, science, radio, photography, and advancing the interests of Glenridge. He believes Glenridge should have more social activities and clubs.
   LANCE HOWDEN, 8-4, was elected to the Student Council in seventh grade and is now vice president of his homeroom. He is a member of Honor Society.
   DONNA MUELLER, 8-4, comes from Baltimore, Maryland. She is a 1st class scout, and a member of the Glee Club. Her interests are piano, dancing, sports, water ballet, reading, socializing, and church work.
   SHARON SINDAD, 8-4, held class offices in the fourth, fifth and sixth grades. She is a member of the Glee Club and was tapped for Honor Society this year.
For Secretary
   LIZ BENNETT, 8-8, was secretary of her homeroom in seventh grade, and is president of her homeroom now.
   JEANNIE BRITT, 8-1, Her activities include cheerleading, OSA, and the Glenridge Swimming team. She has been social chairman and president of Tri-Hi-Y and Chaplin of her room. She sings in the All Saint's Choir.
   BETSY CRAGG, 8-4, has been secretary of Tri-Hi-Y for two years. She also has been vice president of her homeroom for two years. Last year she was spelling champion for Orange County. She was tapped for Honor Society recently.
   CONNIE MCDOWELL, 8-4, was secretary of her fourth, fifth and sixth grade classes. During the seventh grade she was a magazine chairman, and has served on several Art committees. Connie's hobby is dancing - particularly ballet.
   SALLY TYLER, 8-5, received her elementary school education at Winter Park and Lakemont. She was treasurer of her homeroom section in seventh grade, and is at present a representative on Student Council.
   MARNY VAN NYMEGAN, 8-8, was born in New York and moved to Florida when she was five. Her hobbies include horseback riding, dog training, collecting stamps, lions and clippings about Glenridge.
For Treasurer
   NANCY COLLINS, 8-5, has an A average in math and has been on the honor roll all year. In seventh grade she was treasurer of her homeroom. This year she is treaturer of her Scout Troop.
   She says, "Don't take a chance. Vote for Nance!"
   DAVID LLEWELLYN, 7-8, was born in Glenridge, New Jersey. He is Student Council Representative; a member of Science Club and Plaid Club. He maintains an "A" average in math.
   BOB MIKESELL, 8-4, has been Secretary of Citizenship in the Student Council. He is a member of OSA, The Plaid Club, and Honor Society. He's had all "A's" in math for two years.
   JUDITH ANN WINGATE, 8-3, was born in Baltimore, Maryland, and attended school through the seventh grade in that city. Since arriving in Glenridge this year, she has been elected to four offices, the last one being the vice-president of Tri-Hi-Y for the coming year.
